Bricks & Quarters

The Challenge
Bricks & Quarters had an established business and a growing client base, but their brand and website did not reflect the level of expertise they delivered. The previous logo and messaging felt generic, which conflicted with their work in real estate accounting, compliance, and fractional CFO services. In addition, the website was built on CPASiteSolutions, a CPA-specific platform with fixed capabilities, requiring thoughtful design and copy decisions within clear technical boundaries.
The Approach
We focused first on clarity. Through discovery, we identified how Bricks & Quarters clients describe their value and what differentiates them from traditional accounting firms. From there, we refined the brand voice to emphasize structure, confidence, and strategic insight. The logo and visual direction moved away from abstraction and toward cues of order and precision. Copywriting was shaped to speak directly to business owners and real estate firms managing complex financial realities, without overstatement or jargon.
The Solution
Within the constraints of CPASiteSolutions, we provided detailed design and copy guidance to elevate the site’s structure, hierarchy, and flow. Messaging was rewritten to position Bricks & Quarters as a strategic financial partner rather than a transactional service. We supported local discoverability through Google Business Profile optimization and SEO foundations, and extended the brand into LinkedIn with positioning and content guidance aligned to their audience.
The Outcome
Bricks & Quarters now presents a brand that matches the seriousness and accuracy of their work. The website communicates confidence, precision, and leadership, even within platform limitations. Prospective clients arrive with a clearer understanding of the firm’s expertise and expectations. The brand is positioned to support continued growth, stronger inbound conversations, and a more credible presence across digital channels.
