Who do you typically work with?

We work primarily with founders and solopreneurs who care about clarity, craft, and how their business shows up in the world. Many of our clients are building something original or refining a brand that has outgrown its current form.

What kinds of projects do you take on?

Our work centers on brand identity, messaging, and website design. Some projects start from scratch, others involve refining or rebuilding what already exists. We also support ongoing growth through SEO, local discoverability, and strategic guidance.

Do you work with clients outside of Charlotte?

Yes. While we’re based in Charlotte, we work with clients across the U.S. Location matters less than shared values and a clear point of view. Most of our work happens remotely, with close collaboration throughout the process.

How involved will I be in the process?

Very involved, in a good way. We work one-on-one and keep clients close to the decisions that matter. You won’t be handed off to a junior team or asked to review work without context. Collaboration is part of how we get to clarity.

How long does a typical project take?

Most brand and website projects take between six and twelve weeks, depending on scope and complexity. We’ll outline timelines clearly before work begins and keep you informed as the project moves forward.

What makes Guidepost different from other agencies or studios?

We prioritize clarity over volume and relationships over scale. Every project is guided directly, with careful attention to language, design, and intent. We don’t rush work out the door or disappear after launch.

How do we get started?

What platforms do you build websites on?

We primarily work with Webflow, Wordpress, Figma and Shopify, but we’re flexible depending on your project needs and tech stack.
